photospace, dan jahn photography and nxt|MODEL.
The Bolt Factory is centrally located in Downtown Denver at 209 Kalamath Street, between 2nd and 3rd Avenue, in the historic Baker district, across the street from the Brewery Bar II - winner of best green chili in Denver multiple times. Although The Bolt Factory is not on Santa Fe Drive, it is in the Denver Arts District.
The Bolt Factory contains a mix of creative and professional spaces, ranging from a high-end rental photography studio, to a wedding photographer, a ceramics artist, a commercial photographer, painters, high-end kitchen and bathroom fixtures, creative rental spaces, graphic designers, law firms, marketing professionals, an elite boutique modeling agency and more.
Originally built in the early 1900s, the building has been a variety of things over the years, but was most recently redeveloped as a commercial space with multiple units in 2008.
